In Ibsen’s A Doll's House, the basic premise of a young artists' reflection was Nora, whereby in this performance the principal motifs – such as the significance of family, the power of money and the values of society – are set in the contemporary world. Nora leaves her children to die. What is happening to family values? Are they being transformed into their opposite? This is not only about the family, but also about rebelling against modern society and its brutal exploitation of man in order to preserve the machinery of consumerism.
